Order Processing & Shipping Information

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

  • U.S. Orders
    Shipped via USPS and FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders
    Shipping times vary between 15–30 business days, depending on the destination and fulfillment center.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or global events. We appreciate your patience during these rare instances.


Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package ships. To track your shipment, visit our "Track Your Order" page on the website.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.
To cancel, email us at fortivus@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".


Address Corrections

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes once the order has shipped.


Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
Email us at fortivus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
